Hi, I’m Harriet.

​

I'm a coach in the fitness space who is passionate about educating women, because I believe with knowledge comes empowerment and autonomy.

​

It’s an ongoing joke in my family that I’m bang average at all things fitness despite studying PE at school, completing a Sports Science degree and working in sport, health engagement and fitness for the best part of twenty years now.  

But that’s just the way I like it.

who am I?

I love that my health is a priority to me and that fitness is part of my life, but not my whole life.  I have made my fitness and nutrition work for me, and haven’t tried to shoe-horn my life around my fitness and nutrition.  I also love that I’ve had the privilege of learning the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ behind it all through my education and career, and it’s something I want to help others understand too.

We simply do not grow up armed with sufficient information about our bodies nor what is good for them, and it's easy to feel confused and conflicted with the abundance of noise on the social media scene today. 

 

I’m here to help women navigate this, supporting them with not only their fitness but with their mindset, relationship with food and their hormones, too.
