I work with my clients both online and in person, if you are based in or near Milton Keynes.  I find that the best results tend to come from a blend of the two.

 

As my coaching approach is 1:1 I like to have a natter with you first so that I can prepare a bespoke package just for you.  I do believe in pricing transparency though, so all of my services start from an investment of £199 per month.

I don't offer...

Short-term coaching.

 

I’m not in the coaching business to get you a quick ‘transformation’ that likely won’t stick.

 

I’m here to educate you, work with you to unpick your current lifestyle and look to help you make lasting changes.

 

Also, I’m here to remind you that your confidence won’t skyrocket when you hit a certain number on the scales or fit into a particular item of clothing.  That sh*t comes from doing the inner work.

Meal plans… ick.

 

Whilst they may serve as inspiration for some, much like you’ve probably purchased recipes books in the past only for them to gather dust when you realise you can’t be ars*d, meal plans will only get you so far.

 

Instead, I like to coach you to plan your own meals which will nourish you both mentally and physically.

 

That’s right, I want you to enjoy what you eat.

Cookie-cutter workouts.

 

Because that’s not where the real magic happens.

How does online coaching work?

 

We work together through a mix of monthly video calls and programming through my coaching App.  You’ll get weekly check-ins too and there’s also a chat function in the App; I natter to my clients most days!  Think of me as a PT in your pocket.

Do I have to train in a gym?

 

Although I would recommend it a gym membership isn’t a necessity.  As long as you have some kit at home to begin with that’s a great place to start!  If you choose to work with me in person, I deliver my sessions from a fully equipped studio space.

Do I need to be experienced?

 

I can support you whether you are new to training or not.  You can click here to find out more about who I work with.

How long do I have to sign up for?

 

All of my packages are a minimum commitment of three months and then it’s rolling with a 30-day notice period.  The minimum commitment is because this sh*t takes time; first up you and I need to get to know each other a little better and then we need to figure out the right game-plan for you.  There’s no point throwing everything at this journey for it to not last, trust me when I tell you patience is your best friend here.

I have an injury, does that matter?

 

Absolutely not!  There’s always something you can be doing and having a coach to support you with this is super handy.  Please still reach out.
