Are already exercising but aren’t yet training.  If you’re honest, you’re going through the motions or following random workouts on social media and it’s not getting you the results you want.

Feel like the only way to see progress is if their training and nutrition requires the commitment of a part-time job.  You think the answer is to do more, when really you’d like to feel clear on what’s actually essential and be given permission to leave behind what is not.

Are curious about their health and fitness.  Okay, so you don’t want to know everything but you’d be interested in knowing the useful bits.  For you, it’s not just about ‘doing the thing’ without knowing the why.

Who want to challenge themselves in the gym without having to pay for a PT to watch over every session.  You’ll still get the opportunity to have your form checked via video feedback, so don’t worry!

Want to prioritise their health and strength so they can say yes to MORE LIFE.  Ultimately, I help women take care of their future selves by giving a sh*t about their current self.  Otherwise, what’s the point?
